Product Description
- The AIRDUC® PUR 356 FOOD REINFORCED food and pharmaceutical hose guarantees a high throughput of extremely abrasive solids such as sand, gravel, grain, shards and chips as well as gaseous and liquid media.
- The food and pharmaceutical hose is mainly used for silo vehicles in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
- The super-heavy and reinforced version of the AIRDUC® Proifil hose is kink-proof and extremely abrasion-resistant thanks to targeted reinforcement under the wire and a small hose pitch.
- The hose is characterized by very high pressure, vacuum and crush resistance, high tensile and tear strength as well as good UV and ozone resistance and resistance to oil, petrol and chemicals.
- It is odorless, tasteless and resistant to microbes and hydrolysis.
- Execution - super heavy, reinforced, transparent
- Wall material - special premium ether polyurethane (Pre-PUR®)
- Spiral - spring steel wire firmly cast into the wall - reinforcement of primary wear zones
- Inner Ø - 50 to 152 mm
- Outer Ø - 67 to 169 mm
- Wall thickness - approx. 3.0 to 3.5 mm
- Bending radius - 189 to 465 mm
- Temperature range - from -40 °C to +90 °C - briefly up to +125 °C
