Product Description
- The three-part "Standard" maintenance unit with polycarbonate container is suitable for use in pneumatic systems where reliable pressure regulation, filtering and lubrication of the air is required.
- It is often used in industrial plants, workshops and automated manufacturing processes to optimize the performance and service life of pneumatic components.
- The diaphragm pressure regulator works independently of the upstream pressure and is feedback-controlled, with a control range of 0.5 to 10 bar and secondary venting that enables precise pressure adjustment.
- The centrifugal separator effectively removes condensate and particles from the compressed air, while the proportional oiler evenly supplies the downstream components with oil.
- The unit is available in various sizes (BG 1 to BG 4) and connection sizes (G 1/4 to G 1 1/2), with a maximum inlet pressure of 16 bar.
- The polycarbonate container offers high resistance to mechanical impact and allows easy visual inspection of the container contents.
