Product Description
- FIS RC II 2-component injection mortar is the ideal economical solution for subsequent reinforcement connections in concrete C12/15 to C50/60, cracked and non-cracked. It is approved for use with hollow drills. The reinforcement bar is set by hand with a slight rotating movement down to the bottom of the drill hole. The FIS RC II can be used in different anchorage base temperatures with rebars from 8 to 32 mm diameter and embedment depth up to 2 meters.
- FIS RC II 2-component injection mortar has an approved service life of 100 years for subsequent reinforcement connections.
- The short working and curing times of the RC II ensure time-effective work progress. With the use of the matching hollow borer, borehole cleaning is also eliminated as an additional work step, for additional time savings.
- The two components, resin and hardener, are stored separately and are only mixed and activated in the static mixer when the cartridge is pressed out.
- The injection cartridges are squeezed out quickly and gently with the fischer squeeze-out equipment.
- The mortar bonds the rebars to the borehole wall over the entire surface and seals the borehole.
- By changing the static mixer, opened cartridges can be reused.
